The Editorial Team consist of the Editors in Chief, our Associated (or Section) Editors, our Editorial Assistant, and of course our thoughtful reviewers, without whom JMI or any other journal would not be possible. A special mention to our past Editors in Chief for their service and for building a better journal.

JMI Associate (section) editors are the soul of the journal, and are at the center of the network that connects the journal, its readers, its authors, and the editorial team.
Associate editors are in charge of managing the double-blind process by which submitted papers get reviewed and prepared for publication. They provide invaluable assistance to authors and Editors in Chief alike, and they help maintain the levels of excellence and originality JMI aims for.
Associate editors perform a variety of roles. Their main responsibility is to select and manage manuscripts that are assigned to them, a responsibility that includes selecting reviewers and ensuring that their comments are understood by the authors. Ultimately, they are responsible for the final decisions regarding manuscripts, and convey to Editors in Chief the work of the authors and the reviewers.

JMI would not exist without the careful eye of our Editorial Manager, Ms. Donna Sutherland-Smith. She can be reached here.
